On 25 July, Forte de Gaia, Autograph Collection, welcomes Oysters & Bubbles, an early-evening experience bringing together fresh oysters, Champagne Delamotte, Portuguese sparkling wines, signature cuisine and music, all set against the privileged views from the Pool Terrace.

From 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm, hotel guests and visitors are invited to discover oysters sourced from two distinct areas of the Portuguese coast: the Sado Estuary and the Ria de Aveiro. Carefully selected and served fresh, they offer the opportunity to appreciate the unique character of each origin.

The tasting experience is available at €22 per person.

To accompany them, Chef Nuno Ferraz has created a special selection of canapés, designed to pair with a range of Champagne and Portuguese sparkling wines.

Taking centre stage will be Champagne Delamotte, one of the historic houses of the Champagne region, renowned for its elegance, finesse and tradition. The selection will be complemented by sparkling wines from Quinta dos Abibes, in Bairrada, and Quinta de Lemos, in the Dão region, two notable names in Portuguese winemaking.

Throughout the evening, guests will be able to explore these different origins and styles through a special by-the-glass selection, available exclusively during the event.

With a DJ set, a relaxed atmosphere and views over Porto and the Douro River, Oysters & Bubbles is an invitation to celebrate summer with flavours from the sea, sparkling wines and memorable moments.
